West Reading Ice & Spice Festival - Reading, PA

The 5th Annual West Reading Ice & Spice Festival was held January 28-30. Danny Kissel, a nationally known pumpkin carver, led a team of local sculptors to create 30 amazing ice sculptures between the 400-700 blocks of West Reading.
