The Tree Clock - Punxsutawney, PA
The Tree Clock has stood on the corner of East Mahoney Street and North Jefferson Street, Punxsutawney, PA for about 100 years.
W. H. Hill, who owned a jewelry store, erected and maintained the tree clock.
In the 1930s the clock was converted to electric.
On Christmas Eve 1971 the clock was destroyed by fire. Immediately the townspeople collected funds to replace the clock.
