The Henry Ford Museum - Dearborn, MI
Henry Ford founded the 523,000 square-foot museum on October 21, 1929 and opened on June 22, 1933. The museum features a wide array of exhibits including the Rosa Parks bus, planes, race cars, automobiles, trains, presidential cars and relics that Henry Ford collected.
The museum was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1969 and designated as a National Historic Landmark in 1981.
