Randyland - Pittsburgh, PA

Updated: Nov 2, 2021

Randyland is the labor of love by Pittsburgh artist, Randy Gilson. Mr. Gilson single-handedly turned his home on a corner in Pittsburgh Mexican War Streets, district of Pittsburgh's Northside, into a colorful spot. His influence can be seen in art projects within a 30 miles block radius of his home.

Mr. Gibson uses paints, plants, children's toys, plastic animals, yard sale finds and discarded construction materials, to transform his home and surrounding buildings into a colorful Pittsburgh landmark. This vibrant set of buildings is a centerpiece that continues to attract both tourists and locals The Randyland courtyard is open most everyday between 10:00pm and 7:00pm. Visitors are welcome to come and explore the public art displays in and around the property. There is no admission fee but donations are appreciated.

Randyland is located at: 1501 Arch St, Pittsburgh, PA 15212
