Mural - Downtown Gettysburg, PA

The Lincoln Highway mural is located on the exterior wall of the Dollar General Store, at Gettysburg Shopping Center, Gettysburg, PA. Unfortunately today the mural is very difficult to see; it has faded over the years. The once colorful and detailed mural shows the Globe Hotel, Meade High School, a bank (with a garage sign), a monument, and an early 20th century automobile and a farm.

The artist, Michael Allison completed the mural in 2005 and has completed other Lincoln Highway projects as well. He has also completed a number of murals in private residences throughout PA and northeastern United States.
