MTV Moon Man - Sanford, FL

The MTV Moon Man stands 15 feet tall, made of styrofoam, and was created as MTV’s mascot/logo in 1981.

This Moon Man was built in 2004 for the MTV Music Video Awards in Miami. After the awards ceremony, Acme Industrial Surplus acquired the MTV Moon Man to attract people to their business.
