Lady Mannequin in Cage - Cressona, PA

This caged mannequin was previously known as the ”Caged Lady Diver” and was dressed in a swimsuit.

When we drove by the mannequin she was wearing her holiday best and a red clown nose. Maybe she was supposed to be Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. She is surrounded by coral and fish.
