You can’t go to Philadelphia without trying a Philadelphia cheesesteak. The debate is always Genos versus Pats. Both use the same bread, same Cheese Wiz, onion - but the difference is Pats chips their meat into bits, while Genos slices theirs thinly. Of course we tried both and they are both delicious!
