Garfield Trail, Glass Blower Garfield - Gas City, IN

Fairmont, IN is famous for being the birth place of James Dean. Another famous native of Fairmont is Jim Davis, creator of the comic strip Garfield.

In Grant County, IN, you can follow the Garfield Trail and visit 14 unique fiberglass statues each measuring 5’ tall. Each statue depicts the heritage and character of the location in which it stands. The Glass Blower Garfield which is located outside of the Gas City Library was our first stop on the Garfield trail.
