The Everett Theatre is located in Everett, PA. The theatre opened in 1923 and was known as The Stuckey Theatre. It was founded by the Stuckey brothers, John and Asa, as the borough’s first motion picture theater. It was sold to Theodore Grance in 1945 and was renamed Everett Theatre which ran until the 1980’s.
From 2003-2009, the theater operated as a bar and dinner dance venue before closing it’s doors in 2009.
In 2020, Reimagine Everett purchased the property as part of the economic development of the Everett area. The theater is currently being renovated with plans to open in 2023 to celebrate the theater’s 100-year anniversary.
