Dutch Wonderland - Lancaster, PA

Dutch Wonderland was built in 1963 by Earl Clark who bought and sold potatoes for area potato chip factories. The 14 acre park officially opened on May 20, 1963 with four rides, The Wonderland Express Train, Lady Gay Riverboat, The Turnpike Antique Cars, the Whale Boats and a few exhibits celebrating Amish farm life.

Dutch Wonderland is now 48-acres and has 32 rides, a waterpark, shows and games. In 2001 the Clark family sold the park to Hershey Entertainment and Resorts Company. Since May 1963, Dutch Wonderland has consistently been recognized as Pennsylvania's premier family theme park and has been voted "Best Family Park in the World" for 2019 & 2021 by Amusement Today magazine.

Make a day of it or a weekend getaway; there are plenty of rides for the entire family to enjoy!
