Russell DiGilio had an idea of opening a donut shop and naming it Duck Donuts, because he and his family vacationed in Duck, North Carolina for many years.

After months of research, collaboration and developing a recipe they opened their first Duck Donuts in the town of Duck, NC in 2007.

They expanded to other locations and states and kept their focus on offering a family friendly atmosphere and a delicious experience that you will always remember.
