Family owned and operated since 1991. Known for serving the best cheesesteaks and sandwiches in the area. In 2017 when Betsy Sauders talked about retiring, Matt & Cindy Weintraub knew they had to purchase their favorite eatery.

When we walked into Carl’s Corner it felt like home. It seemed like the workers knew everyone that walked through the doors and greeted them by name.

It's a definite must try if you are in the Bethlehem area! We loved our cheesesteak and hoagie! It was delicious!!
